Competed in the 3000m, Mile, Distance Medley Relay, 5000m, and 1500m…Appeared in 10 events across the indoor and outdoor seasons…Top overall finish was first, as a part of the DMR team at the South Atlantic Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26 that put up a time of 12:21.77…Placed in the Top-15 10 times, including six in the Top-5…Opened the year at the COROS Collegiate Challenge on Jan. 22 with a fourth place final in the 3000 thanks to a time of 10:46.88 and an 11^th place mark in the Mile with a time of 5:28.83…Had an impressive showing at DII Indoor Track & Field Pre-Nationals on Feb. 10-11, finishing fifth in the 3000m and seventh in the Mile with times of 10:11.94 and 5:30.10, respectively…Carried that momentum into the South Atlantic Indoor Track & Field Championships, taking seventh place in the 3000m with a time of 10:23.60 to go with the DMR victory…Placed third in the 5000m at the Charlotte 49er Classic on Mar. 16-18 with a 17:36.28 effort…Closed the outdoor season out in stellar form, placing third in the 5000m with a time of 17:46.89  at the SAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 3-4 and then besting that with a mark of 17:19.50 and second place finish at the Lee University Last Chance Meet on May 13…Best finish in the 1500m was 26^th at the Vertklasse with a time of 4:49.12

2021-22 (Freshman)

Competed in the 4x400m, Mile, 3000m, Distance Medley Relay, 1500m, 800m, and 1500m…appeared in 11 events across the indoor and outdoor seasons…Put together an excellent debut at the Finn Pincus Invitational on Jan. 21-22, notching a third place finish in the Mile with a time of 5:44.73 and helping the 4x400m team secure third as well with a 4:32.49 mark…Was a part of the DMR team that placed seventh at the South Atlantic Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 26-27 with a time of 13:10.55…Began outdoor season with a strong showing at the Trojan Opener on Mar. 18-19, helping the 4x400m team to a time of 4:24.54 and seventh place final while also placing ninth in the 800m with a 2:28.37 effort…Top finish of the year came at the Montreat College Invitational on Mar. 25-26, third place in the 5000m with a time of 18:32.00…Put together a solid showing at the LR Outdoor Invite, placing 11^th in the 800m and 12^th in the 1500m with times of 2:31.44 and 4:49.65, respectively
