Competed in 10 meets during his freshman season at Catawba ... Was a member of the 400 medley relay team that broke the school record with a time of 3:19.35 at the Queens Fall Frenzy ... Posted a fourth-place finish in the 100 Breast at the SAC Championships in February with a time of 55.08 ... Also competed with the 200 Medley and 400 Medley relay teams that finished third at the conference meet ... The next week, he broke the 200 Breast school record at the Emory Invitational with a time of 2:00.55
