
Tanner Smith, Men’s Cross Country take Fleet Feet crowns
Salisbury, N.C. —- Catawba junior Tanner Smith claimed his second consecutive individual title at the Catawba Fleet Feet Invitational at Salisbury Community Park on Saturday morning. The 27th-ranked Catawba men cruised to the team title, as the team claimed each of the top eight finishes.
Smith, a Mooresville, N.C. native, bested his time by over 40 seconds from last year's title, posting a 25:37.89. Oussama Ajala finished as the runner-up, running the 8K in just over 26 minutes.
