Men’s, Women’s Swimming open NCAA Division II Championships

Indianapolis, Ind. —- The Catawba College men's and women's swim teams opened action at the NCAA Division II Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis on Tuesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED

800 Yard Free Relay

- Catawba women's team of Marit Reckmann, Danielle Meneima, Ella Gutenwik and Fiona Byrne placed 15th with a mark of 7:34.04

- Catawba's men's group of Cameron Watson, Lassi Niemi, Nazar Herashchenko and Juan Diego Celis finished 13th with a time of 6:34.43
