Bio

Alex Horaitis enters her second year at Catawba College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She will be primarily covering the men's soccer and women’s lacrosse teams. 

 Horaitis graduated with both her bachelor's degree in sports medicine and a master's degree in athletic training from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2022. While earning her degrees, she was involved in the majority of the 32 sports that Concordia offers. Horaitis also worked with the Tour of America's Dairyland cycling series, as well as the US Adult Soccer Fest as an athletic training student. 

Horaitis is a board-certified athletic trainer (ATC) and is licensed in the state of North Carolina (LAT). She also holds certifications in First Aid and CPR and is a member of the NATA.
