Women’s Cross Country qualifies for third straight NCAA National Championship

Spartanburg, S.C. —- The Catawba College women's cross country team qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships for the third straight season with a third-place finish in the Southeast Regional meet at Converse University in Spartanburg, S.C.

Madi Clay earned her third straight top-four finish in the Southeast Regional, placing third with a time of 21:16.1. Hannah Caudill and Natalie Almond also earned top-10 finishes with marks of ninth and tenth, respectively.
